When you contact us, we can talk about your needs and what you think would be the right course of action. It really doesn’t matter how long this conversation takes. Your circumstances, your family and household is likely to be quite individual so we need to fully understand this before we give you an outline of how we can move forward; how quickly we can start and what the cost are likely to be.
It is often useful for us to email some details of our live-in care to you so that you, and possibly other family members, can peruse them in your own time.
If you wish to proceed we can organise a time that suits you for us to come and visit. This is a good time to get to know one another and for any questions you may still have. We can then fully assess your needs and discus costs.
There is no cost for this visit.
If you decide to go ahead, there are a few necessary formalities, but in principle we select a suitable carer for you, who is experienced in the specific needs of the assignment and whom we think will fit in well with you and the household. We can discuss the merits of this carer with you so that you are reassured that they will fit in.
Once the carer is agreed, a letter with the details of the carer, the time period of the assignment and the costs is sent to you and the carer will arrive as agreed.
